For those who dunno, Eunhyuk and Leeteuk are from Super Junior, and this is taken from one of their conversations during a radio session.

Eunhyuk: Earlier on I searched for “Eunhyuk”, and this post came out “Selling Eunhyuk’s signed CD at a low price”, when he said he was selling at a low price I didn’t feel very comfortable, and it also said “Never been played before, current condition A+”. Really, looking at it doesn’t make me feel very comfortable……

The Starfish Story

Once upon a time, there was a wise man who used to go to the ocean to do his writing. He had a habit of walking on the beach before he began his work.

One day, as he was walking along the shore, he looked down the beach and saw a human figure moving like a dancer. He smiled to himself at the thought of someone who would dance to the day, and so he walked faster to catch up.

As he got closer, he noticed that the figure was that of a young child, and that what he was doing was not dancing at all. The young child was reaching down to the shore, picking up small objects, and throwing them into the ocean.

He came closer still and called out,“Good morning! May I ask what it is that you are doing?”

The young child paused, looked up, and replied,“Throwing starfish into the ocean.”

“I must ask, then, why are you throwing starfish into the ocean?” asked the somewhat startled wise man.

To this, the young child replied, “The Sun is up and the tide is going out. If I don't throw them in, they'll die.”

Upon hearing this, the wise man commented, “But, child, do you not realize that there are miles and miles of beach and there are starfish all along every mile? You can't possibly make a difference!”

At this, the young child bent down, picked up yet another starfish, and threw it into the ocean. As it met the water, he said, “It made a difference for that one.”

棒棒堂首访新加坡瘫痪机场

图：棒棒堂捧起小粉丝，童心未泯

棒棒堂直冲全亚洲，敖犬、小杰、小煜、王子、阿纬、威廉六子前日首访新加坡，数百名粉丝夹道欢迎，人群一度瘫痪机场，要保安人员贴身护送离开。而主办单位亦分别在机场、酒店、活动场地派出50多位保安人员维持秩序。

小别胜新婚

棒棒堂当天乘搭早上七点多的飞机，六子凌晨3点已被叫醒，睡眼惺忪下化妆和吃早餐。自从《黑糖群侠传》开拍后，棒棒堂首次分开三人拍戏、三人做唱片宣传，这次是20天来六人首次合体一起做宣传，难怪六人都说：「开心得象是第一次一起表演一样，虽然不够睡，但每天都要先互相拥抱一下。」队长敖犬还搞笑地说：「终于知道什么叫做小别胜新婚了啦！」

变白马王子

首度造访新加坡的棒棒堂，行程紧密，其中在克拉码头Lunar餐厅举行的粉丝见面会，便吸引了过千名粉丝前往，把场地挤得水泄不通。更有粉丝为见偶像一面，于凌晨三时已经在场地外排队。活动一开始时，六人以一身白马王子造型帅气上台，台下粉丝不断尖叫，让现场气氛沸腾起来。六子更以英文对粉丝说：「Welcome to Singapore!」引起了在场粉丝又一阵的尖叫。棒棒堂更演唱《哪里里怕》、《夏日初体验》、《梦想巴士》等歌曲，让粉丝听得如痴如醉。之后还迅速在一个多小时为在场所有粉丝签名。

都是饭店命

而当地媒体亦带来海南鸡饭、沙嗲、炒饭、喇沙和班兰蛋糕等美食请六棒尝一口说说感想，结果六人因为一天行程下来根本没时间吃饭，一看到美食上桌，何只一口，一整盘吃的一干二净。尽管全部小吃都给他们扫得一干二净，但六子说这些只是开胃菜，结果在访问结束后，六人在经理人带路下到酒店吃自助餐。此外，原本有机会到知名景点拍照跟访问顺便游览的棒棒堂，因为饭店外面有几百名粉丝守住，到最后所有访问惟有改移到饭店内举行，棒棒堂亦哀怨地说：「我们出国都是饭店命，每次都出不了饭店。」

Today i received the letter for acceptance into the NIE course... i wasn't exactly happy... Coz i was given Bachelor of Arts (Education) (Primary) programme with Chinese Language! Long and unhappy name for me... coz for me i had already decided against NUS's Computing course but i dun really want to teach CHINESE OR ARTS SUBJECTS in primary school... what i really had in mind was bach of science coz i really liked pri school science and maths at that time and i really wanted to study science too... summore all the way i was a sci student and my sci subjects were significantly better... the ppl there told me the results are totally decided by the interviewers that day but i tink i'll try appealing but if really cannot i also dunno what to do... i have to go for bond-signing on the 17th of june le so must get a result or reply by then... wish me luck la... hai when i tot i can finally decide my course this happens... but 90% still NIE la... Sianz...

Hai today is a depressing day for me... i guess too little work in the clinic today really affects my mood...

I dunno if its the gemini's sharp mind or hallucination but more and more i realise that ppl tend to make friends with each other when they are in the same situation or when they have no serious competition with you... but once you seem to be in a better situation than them the 1st thing they do is not to congratulate you but to stay away from you or to badmouth you... So maybe that's why my gemini mind chose to oppose its instinct and stay alone than to be friends with such ppl... thou i may not argue with you or show any signs but i do know what's happening... So one day if you chose to leave my life i would definately give you my best wishes and i'll choose not to rmb that part of you that once hurt me so much... i hope that next time if you see me on the road you'll still acknowledge me as your friend... Coz i really tot of you as my friend too...

Maybe its only this time that i'll know how impt you were to me... :'

Hey just a few random things here and there for this post...

I found these photos in my phone when i was trying to clear its memory space... haha!

My 1st attempt at spegetti! well this one i'm not exactly sure if i've uploaded this before but at that time i felt that it was very cool! Hmm well actually now still v cool la...

This picture was actually taken in a fitting room in one of the shops in plaza sing... the image seen is a reflection from the mirror there... it's a very nice top esp the colour and material and cutting of the top and the design of the collar... but too bad it almost burst! Well time to 减肥!

Ah this 2 shows my brother driving my dad's car (thou he's not supposed to for the you-know-what reason) actually his 1st time driving a car is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better in the control of the leg than me.. but i have better control of the driving wheel lol...

This picture i can clearly rmb its taken at night on the day when i passed my driving test lol... i was so excited that i bought the triangle plates that day and immediately pasted it on the front and back of the car... and there i thought finally i can fetch my mom to pasir when i finally realised my dad went overseas that morning... oh well...

The Unique-LAH

This is unique to Malaysian only-lah. Eh.. what's that suffix "lah" doing at the end of the sentence?

You may find it is quite confusing, at first. These people are speaking English but what the heck is that strange musical note at the end of their sentences?

When you speak to a Malaysian, you may notice the suffix "lah" that often occurs in our conversation. "lah" is a suffix in Bahasa Melayu that is meant to add emphasis to a word or phrase.

For example, "Just do it" is "Buat sahaja" in our language. But it will be more forceful if you add the suffix "lah".

"Buat sahaja-lah".

The suffix "lah" is so natural in our tongue that we even adopt it when speaking English. "Just do it" becomes "Just do it-lah".

Only a Malaysian born and bred in this country will know how to use the "lah".

Here is a tip. P> Don't add a "lah" to the end of every sentence - thinking that you are making a good impression of a Malaysia accent. Trust me, you will not get away with that.

The use of "lah" is quite an art for those who were not born into the language.

Here are a few sophisticated variations of its use:

"No fun-lah, you!" (You're really no fun at all!)
"You see-lah, like that also you cannot do!" (Can't you even do such a simple thing?)

Stuck-lah! It has become a part and parcel of our life and will remain that way for a very long time. (wink!)

Here are a few simple variations that you can try to use.

Fed up Enough-lah
Definite Of course-lah or sure-lah
Generous Take some more-lah
Unyielding Cannot-lah

Relax-lah or steady-lah is used when someone is getting a little uptight about something.
Like you - learning to use the suffix "lah". Just kidding!

These words urges the person (in this case, you!) to calm down /cool off.

Yay back for a post!

Thx for everybody that has rmb-ed my bday... you all had made my day! This year is my last year of youth (actually just my last year of teenage) so actually wasn't exactly happy but i'm really glad that some friends that i had tot i've lost contact with actually rmd-ed! And yes its you Siew Hoon! So now let me count my prezzies:]

1)The 1st gift i've received of the day (thou i thick-skinnedly(?) asked for it) is actually from my bro... its a bracelet made up of a few heart shapes linked tgt... well i'd say someone with gf certainly has better taste for gifts for girls:) i really quite like it.. thou from this pic i guess we really can't tell eh?

2) One of the 'heaviest' gift-the one that carries the most responsibility-is this car key... really everytime i use it now i have this fear in me coz i'm so affraid of accident: this gift is from my dad but he's always overseas so i dun really dare to use it too much nowadays...

3)A moo moo keychain... this is from my collegue Liyan... hmm i think its quite nice of her to rmb my bday also:) Thx Liyan! Now i use this tgt with my car key la...

One more month left... well i would say there's much sweat, tears & laughter during this 2 months there... got to know some really nice ppl who really took of me... thx alot... but also some irritating ppl who by sitting beside you is causing irritation to you... but in general ppl there are really nice... i think i would really miss the job all the memories... just not the miserable pay (LOL!)... its sad just to think that nice ppl come and go in your life... but maybe that's just part and parcel of growing up ba...

On a slightly happier (or more worrying) mood, i'm going to enter uni! that has been my dream since primary school (thou a different course) but i've made it! now what awaits me is to accept the offer... NUS Computing vs NTU Bachelor of Science (Education)? Really lucky for me to get an offer seeing many of my friends who have similar grades (or even better) needing to appeal... now i really believe the importance of your choices... i've been surfing the web and reading forums and it did help me understand a lil la... but i really need to make a call to ask regard admission issues... hope i can take leave on monday... and i really wish good luck to all those ppl who need to appeal...don't lose hope!>.<

Now i start to worry about uni life le... lol... maybe one thing i worry about is being late for school! Even if 10 alarm clock ring i won't wake up... only when my family ppl call me will i wake up... Lol... but maybe i should worry bout registration now instead...

Yay today's a happy day for me:)
Today i had my 1st driving lesson. Initially i thought it would be a bad day for me coz just when i was about to go out it started raining v v v v heavily... when i finally reached the destination i realised i dunno where to w8 for the instructor... then i just stood beside the office where alot of ppl is and see what happens next. Luckily awhile ltr alot of ppl started to move to stand beside their cars and i realised you have to w for your instructor beside the car...
The 1st part of the lesson was a little boring i think. The instructor pointed the features in a car like the speedometer and odometer and switches and signs on the car. Then he started elaboration on how to switch gears and what paddles and stuff... Then he said: "let's switch over. Time for u to drive". I thought he was joking when he asked a person having the 1st driving lesson to drive but after a while i was glad he taught me so quickly. Today i learnedd how to start the car and drive it and reverse at gear 1... and also learned to stop when required (eg for pedestrians) and drive gradual and sharp bends... quite proud of myself though i know i still have a vvv long way to go... Driving is nth like Daytona... i'm so looking forward to the next lesson ^^

Hey it's almost a year since i blogged!
The last few posts was near christmas too.
Ever since the scary 'A' was over, i've been really free.
And occupied.
I guess extreme boredom makes ppl moody.
And 容易胡思乱想.
Sometimes i feel really angry of myself.
Like a two-headed person.
Like my horoscope.

Confused.
Shud i listen to my parents and just do any job and get working asap?
Or take some time to find a job that is better?
Actually more than anything, i'm scared of interviews.
Thou i've told ppl that its not scary.
Or maybe i'm just picky.
Or lazy.
Or just not determined enough.
I just wish that i don't have to grow up.
An adult's world is full of troubles.
Problems.
And sometimes other ppl just don't see this.
The struggle to grow up.
Perhaps this is why i sometimes seem to others like hiding in my own shell.
Coz of my family, i have to be more matured.
But people who REALLY know me know i really like to depend on ppl.

And also not to forget my sec school gang.
You've have given me humongous amt of support to help me last until now.
Though you might have not realised it.
Though you might have thought we had drift apart, i'll always rmb all of you.
E7 and E4 ppl, esp Cheryl, Huiting, Gekting.
Choir ppl who made my day, like Lao Gong, Woon Jiun.
And many others i keep in my heart.

My 1st wish in my previous post is fulfilled!
Okie.. Quoting blog entries i read today: [Anyway, the concert was great! They have so few people but the sound they produce is strong. The sops were pretty good too in sustaining their high notes. LUX AETERNA was great! Although i remembered there was a part where we were rushing, i thought we did quite well.. Hey it really din feel as long as i tot.. not really tired but during the interval i found that i had blisters on my leg.. oh well
The second half was okie generally i think.. but when 'rudolf' appeared i started laughing so much that i could only try my best to act like i was still singing.. haha but my mom say that it was really obvious:]
Hai.. but i lost my handphone sock!!:(( but by the time i discover it, the school is locked, and i couldn't find it in the recital rm the next day.. could be backstage i suppose:(
Anyway, carolling on sat was really fun!
We went to Singapore Swimming Club to perform for their Christmas Lightup ceremony.. just look at all the cookies and log cakes that the members of the club snatch was enough to make hungry us lose our determination.. haha but we really did well provided a handful of us went only and we blasted at the mikes throughout.. but it was really fun.. had dinner with the choir later at PP.. the mee rebus is scary! not that it's yucky, but its amount.. erm was humongous! i finished only like half the portion.. but there were others that could finish his whole bowl@.@
Okie.. feeling a little sian now.. mostly because i went to Malaysia again ytd and now surrounded by some new manga.. at first i thought i saw a series of manga i was looking for a long time at a cheap sale.. but later did i discover that it was placed in the wrong position.. to purchase the whole series would cost 200+$..:((( hence i bought a few manga series i was collecting.. only when i reach home at night did i discover that i forgot to buy the most recent books published. (i bought the next books from where i stopped, but actually i read them online before le)
Hope the phone would be okie after the repair.. but actually did not really miss it la.. maybe coz i dun sms alot.. summore my mom phone's games are much more interesting..

Haha.. 1 week of slacking has totally ruined my studying mood.. just <3weeks! But I'll have to buck up soon coz I've been having too much fun these few days!

29th May
Choir chalet! It stretches from 29-31 of may, but i only turned up for 1 day..
The day started with Maths make-up lectures.. totally sian that i fell asleep in the LT.. but i still managed to copy 90% of the info the lecturer said.. lol.. den all the other choir juniors (aka yr1s) who had lectures and wanted to go for the chalet headed down to Downtown East.. only me stuck in school for econs lecture)): . But econs lecture was okie larr.. not that boring that day just that i couldn't concentrate.. haha..
So when everything ended i boarded 12 to DTE.. Yuan Jing said she would board the bus from her house to bring me there coz i totally have no idea when to get off the bus, but in the end she still missed the bus.. haha but anyway i still alighted at the correct stop((:
When i reached there, those there were not really doing anything.. some guys were crouching in 1 room playing a soccer game on the xbox, while Delin played the other xbox in the girls' room.. the girls were just doing their own things too.. so being bored we started to play with Michelle's sunglasses and took lotsa pictures! haha not too bad! then we became really bored we went out the chalet and looked at the shops there.. still bored we headed back to the chalet, only to find others going out! They were planning to have their dinner and watch movie at TM.. but when we reached the theatre the long queue scared us.. so in the end we headed to Pastamania.. stupid me lorr.suggesteded pasta but when i reached there the price scared me.. bo bian ar last mth i spent $50 more than my allowance:(.. so even at that place we took lots of wu liao pictures:) haha Regina came! i gave her a bar of chocolates but due the long day in school and all the rough handling, the chocolate became distorted.. i hope it's still edible
After that we went to guang the shopping mall and even took neoprints! It's very crammed up though.. the pictures turned out ok though (though i looked ugly in all photos:'(( )
When we went back to our chalet we became bored again.. so played 'truth and dare'. or rather 'truth'.. we kept probing but haha wasn't really juicy (i think we need to know more scandels.. ha!)..
At ard 11 Daniel came with everyone's anticipated mahjong set! that time i decided to do some alcohol tut.. it was a failure! In the end i got nth done, and ended up looking like a mugger.. so bored that i ended up learning how to play mahjong.. haha the game is quite fun.. Michelle kept complaining that she had not won any rounds since she started playing.. so in the end i fell asleep watching them play.. I heard that in the end she did win.. haha

30th May
In the morning, me Roxanne Yuanjing and Michelle went to school tgt.. on the bus we were chatting.. only then did i discover that Michelle was from the same pri sch as i am!! haha.. no wonder i tot she looked familar.. but since we are in different sessions we shouldn't have seen each other b4, ne?
After lectures i thought of heading back, but sleeping throughout the cham lecture is a serious indication of fatigue-ness so i decided to go back and sleep.. haha went back with Gek Ting.. ZH rocks!

1st June

YAY!! e4 class outing!~ Actually quite apologetic that i couldn't turn up for the 13/06 class outing (which is on the same day)..
When Cheryl and I reached Marina Bay, there was only 4 ppl there. But luckily, more and more people came. And actually most ppl came in their jerseys! Haha luckily i brought mine.. So, we went steamboating.. made me recall our previous class outing at tat place.. Everyone still looked the same and feel the same.. I think gatherings at that place is v fun, just that i can never make my $ worth.. ate only at most 3$ worth of food.. but the guys on one of the tables are awesome! They kept on eating and eating like 1h after we stopped.. and towards the end they just kept eating prawns.. lol..
The most fun things that happened that day was probably taking lots of photos and playing at the arcade.. haha when wil the next e4 outing be?

A totally ruined day.
Why?
Because the target of the day is to finish studying gor maths up to AP&GP but i din even complete Basic Graphs!! But at least i did a little tutorial..
I really can't study with cheryl!! I'll always end up crapping with her, although we both try really hard to commit to whatever we are studying.. but i really like the feeling of studying with her.. i feel as though i'm back to sec school times..
She also gave me an early birthday present.. a CLOVER keychain(that's what she said it was) that she made.. i was really happy! Really!

3rd June
Saturdays are supposed to be wonderful.. so wonderful that i woke up at 1.. well GREAT!<-- result of me staying awake at 3am to watch some TV programme.
The most unproductive day of the week, because basically i just slacked the whole day.. i was having my pre-birthday blues.. So in the end i ended up reshelving my bookshelf and tidying up my drawers..

4th June
Malaysia! Haha it was ok larr.. though short and alot of unexpected things happened, i still managed to buy tea-egg from my fav stall and grab hold of FB book 19! Yay the book is bagus!
And at 1259pm, i received 8 birthday greetings sms and 1 email! so i want to thank all those who remembered my bdae.. Thx a million:))

Feeling weirdly moody these few days.. finally decided to pen my thoughts down..

Today i deleted some sms that i have kept for a long time. To me they have all been precious memories that i am reluctant to let go, but surprisingly, i felt a sense of lightheartedness and relief.. perhaps all this while i was just waiting for a chance to let go. I know one day i'll no longer feel the attachment to these useless things and delete them all!

Haha! I almost forgot to mention about the concert! I wouldn't say it's a total success.. but i think at least i enjoyed it.. it was only on that night when the whole tjchoir stood on the stage and sang the last few songs that i felt the spirit. I LOVE THE SENIORS! Choir would never be the same again w/o them.. esp Regina. This is a part of the sms i received ytd:
'Hey... I wanna let you know that despite you always going flat =x you've been an awesome buddy.. Really. Like would really be different without your lame stuff and complains about school..'
I think this would be one of the sms i would keep for very long:))

Oh yarr! The 10 Choral Fest ppl just got our scores on friday too! I hope the songs are not too hard.. i tried playing bits of the songs on my pianica using my v limited knowledge.. haha but they all sounded weird.. just hope i won't delay the whole progress of learning for the grp!! So excited!

Yay! Choir chalet is tml!! But if i go, i'll have to mug at night:(.. it's not easy being a student.. But i'll go for sure! It may be the last time we'll meet as TJChoir! Wanna take lots of pictures with Regina=). When is JTS?!

12 April:
Haiz.. never go to school on that day. Woke up with a splitting headache. Super idiotic lorr.. Den in the end i refused to wake up (how to study with a headache?), so ended up missing school. Missed Mardi Gras full dress rehearsal.. heard they did quite well that day.. Haha but i had my fair share of fun that day.. i SLEPT THE WHOLE DAY! Muahahahahahahaa!!

13 April:
MATHS LECTURE TEST!! ARG!! Apparently the day before i've slept so much that i barely studied for it.. but when i was revising for it in the morning i knew most of the stuff.. budden for that paper of 3 questions, I din know how to do 1 whole question!! Sian diao la.. The killer 3rd question was parametics i tink..

MARDI GRAS!! (ma-di-gra) We had to meet at the Recital room at 1.. so i had to miss my class outing.. sianz.. was eating with Bee Kwee.. haha she was so excited lorr.. as in really excited about Mardi Gras.. *Okie am i'm the only one who think it will be pretty boring?* Or is she plain excited of being able to sing with *ahem*.. haha..

Being super guai i went to the recital room on time.. and as usual it wasn't open yet.. den went to the study corner near the scope.. and found choir ppl there.. haha Thessa was trying the problematic sum too! lol.. i tot i was the only one stuck at that question.. but apparently there are also many ppl in choir who knows how to solve it.. O.o

Choir prac as usual.. then went to under LT2 for final rehearsal.. wait for so long lorr.. haha Yuan Jing and Jean were talking to be about Benjamin Kwan.. haha it's so funny lorr.. at first they were pretty bored.. then when they were talking about him their eyes lit up! Especially Yuan Jing.. She was so proud that he was from her Secondary School.. haha.. makes me wonder how he looks like (last time saw his bei ying and side view when BK pointed him to me).. We waited so long and were so sian we decided to go to the Sports Comm to see his photo.. lol.. they were so excited and high lorr.. haha.. i find their funny reaction more interesting than Ben Kwan's face.. Den finally the rehearsal starts! Erm.. we sounded okie larr.. we were slightly more in tune i think.. budden we din have a chance to go through Muie Rendera there.. so sad..

Den my most irritating thing happened: WE WERE DISMISSED! Okie.. perhaps i'm supposed to be happy to have free time before the actual thing, but we only have 2h of free time.. and that is too long to be spent alone, yet it's too rush for me to go home.. hai.. i wanted to meet my CG but when i called Brenda, she told me they had finished their activities and were heading home! Oh well.. in the end i still went home.. haha so funny lorr.. when i reached home and put down my bag and changed i had to choing out of my house le.. when i was on the bus then i realised i wore the wrong pair of shoes! Because THERE IS MASS DANCE THAT NIGHT!! Sian.. Budden i was starting to have some mood for the event! Hoho..

In the end i DID reach school 10 min late.. good thing they din check for tickets :).. was zooming around with Yuan Jing and Jiahui.. YJ really ai mei lorr.. kept combing her hair in different styles and ask us which style is better.. I v sui bian that day.. just tie 1 side of my hair can le.. coz liddet won't irritate my eye.. the dinner that day was quite awful.. the fan he got egg tofu, 2 pieces of nugget and veggie.. looks nice and sounds nice.. but after the 1st bite all opinions changed.. those early birds got fried rice.. i tink it was not bad.. sian diao.. in the end even i did not finish it..

We were practicing the opening of the songs in the recital room when there were 2 outside performers wearing tribal costumes also using the room to makeup and store their things (only during the opening ceremony then i knew that they were fire-eaters.. so muscular lorr.. lol..).. den we were singing the intro of 'Hooked On A Feeling': Ou-ga-chac-ka ou-ga ou-ga.. haha then the fire-eaters were like shocked for while and joined in us.. haha then the whole choir and the two of them ended up chuckling.. haha so funny lorr.. den we couldn't continue the song we skipped to the next one.. Oh yarr we also took lots of photos in the recital room.. who can send me those photos?

Another interesting thing that happened that day was the opening ceremony.. 6 choir girls (Yuan Jing, Jiahui, Kaiyin, Jia Wen, Jean and me) volunteered to throw balloons after the GOH gong-ed the gong.. haha because of this we got the best view for the opening ceremony.. So zi lian us took more photos *even a person from downstairs noticed us*.. we had lots of fun!

At that time we were shifted all our belongings into our waiting room.. where we affectionately call it 'concentration camp'.. it wasn't that bad larr.. just that choir had to put our bags into a small corner of a small room because other PDPs/performing groups had to use other corners.. at first we thought we had to sit in the room.. but v soon we had to go out and wait 4 our turn le.. so we din really stay in the room for very long too.. During that time, me and Delin saw MRS NGIAM!! Yay cute little ngiamie come back to tj! She thought she had missed our item and told us she had intended to sms Delin 'it was a good performance'.. lol..

Okie.. so it was our time.. i was a little nevous.. mainly because the place was really noisy and i doubt that i can hear other sections.. When Donna blew the 1st note, i tried to drill it into my brain, but when they started singing, i started to follow their wrong key too.. Until the last song! Haha so funny, the tenors and basses set the key so high i started to laugh.. but it's not right ne? so i controlled myself and started screeching in the new key (k larr it wasn't really hard to reach budden the first note was really scary!).. Hope nobody can hear the mistake! One good thing about this choir is that when one section sings sharp or flat, the other sections will try to cover the fault by singing sharp or flat with them, so we sounded together..

BK and BK.. the MC dunno what's he's saying when he's introducing the BKs.. he din mention that Ben Kwan is singing too, causing some confusion.. I love the songs Bee Kwee sung! So nice.. Hai i wanted to record down but i forgot.. their duet songs are okie larr.. i like Bee Kwee's voice alot more than Ben Kwan's 1.. But JJ's Dou Jiang You Tiao is definately too low for her.. lol..

Mass dance!! But too bad i'm wearing such high shoes (i short mahh), so i took off my shoes and joined in the fun (the track is so prickly!).. but towards the end i m v tired liao.. so i just sat the table at 218 and fa-dai.. And it was quite hectic when we threw the balloons for the closing ceremony.. i wanted to keep a balloon but this guy who helped out saw this balloon and liked it so he took it :'(.. but nvm..

So at night i dragged tired me home.. i went home with Gek Ting.. i think both of us were too tired we din talk much..

14 April:
My happiest day of the three! I went out with my mom to BUGIS!! My paradise! Our main mission was to source for Fathers' day gift and his birthday gift.. and for her my birthday gift as well.. for me it was Mothers' day gift as well.. we grabbed a wallet after not walking for long in OG.. budden we wanted to get him a Polo tee with a pocket that won't make him look old.. but it's so hard! Those that are nice looking and more young have no pocket, those that have look really lau tu, those that are not lau tu are really EXPENSIVE!! In the end we settle with one in Parco Bugis.. I got my mom a watch that she really liked.. haha.. actually for Mothers' day me and my bro were planning to bring my mom out to eat durians! haha.. she loves durians! Okie.. so WE love durians.. so we are still going to proceed with that plan. Oh food! We ate LAKSA!! so nice lorr.. there's not much liao in the laksa, budden the gravy is super nice! But 1 irritating thing is that there's no chopstick! I guess famous laksa stalls never like to let customers use chopsticks.. Of coz we also bought mu shu gao! it's a must buy! but i tink we bought abit too much.. we bought $5 of mu shu gao (hmm.. 15 of them:) ). We wanted to eat the very nice porridge too.. but too full le.. I also bought LeeHom's Gai Shi Ying Xiong! Haha.. it's quite nice when i hear it a few more times.. but too much rap for me le.. i prefer more melodic songs i guess.. but his voice is really nice! haha..

One very funny thing that happened that day was that we took the wrong bus! Because it was pouring in Serangoon we could only step out of our home at 3+.. so we wanted to go there as fast as possible.. so my mom reckon we take the bus and she was really confident that 107 goes to Bugis.. So we were chatting on the bus when i felt that something was not right.. i start to see Lavender MRT station.. den i saw Suntec so i asked her if bugis is near Suntec.. then she began to panic a little.. because she recalled it was bus 147 that goes to bugis.. lol.. den we were so worried where the bus will bring us.. luckily the bus makes a loop after going to Suntec and once again passed by Lavender MRT station, so we alighted and from there took MRT to bugis..

In the end i still haven't buy.. haven't decided if i want to buy in Singapore.. hai coz it's like 2x the cost in singapore as compared to Malaysia.. but i dun tink i'll be going soon.. hai i'll see how.. coz after buying Father and Mothers' day gift + my dad's bdae gift i'm really broke..

Yay! Fruits basket 19 is out!
Well.. perhaps it has been out for very long.. i just noticed it a few days ago, when i passed by a manga shop near TeeJay.. I went to the 7-11 beside it to buy a milo freeze den was when i passed by the comic shop, something green caught my eye.. FRUITS BASKET VOLUME 19!

I want to buy it!! But lately i've been so busy i haven't have time to go shopping for 4 weeks le.. :( Anyway, i tink i will still buy it coz i need to go and buy a FUNKY top for Mardi Gras.. A person like me will never have anything FUNKY coz i dun even noe what that word means. I went to check the dictionary on by bro's phone and this is what it gave me:

On a more serious note, I NEED TO SAVE!! When i started getting monthly allowance, i made a promise to myself to save at least $10 every month for rainy days(ok larr.. for splurging :x), but it's been a year and I HAVEN'T SAVED A SINGLE CENT! I have many things i want to buy, but no $$.. my school started selling glow-in-the-dark carnations for Mothers' Day, but it costs $20! Hai.. dunno what to get for my mom.. but dun want to use the same tactics every year *secret*

On friday, GT the other 4e4 05' ppl went back to ZHSS for Sports Day.. i really want to go back, but if i really did, i'll probably just show them a fatigue face and after a few minutes have to rush back for CHOIR.. I really miss all of them.. 4e4 was never united, but somehow it feels weird without them around me, and i really missed ZHSS.. although i kept grumbling why i went to ZHSS instead of CCHSM, but in my heart i still loved ZHSS, for the environment there, for the teachers there, for the friends there.. I tink after Mardi Gras i will make a trip there.. just to see the school.. i wanted to go back many times, especially this 2 weeks, but could never make time to because i had to stay back in school until 7+ everyday.. so once Students Official duty and Mardi Gras is over, i will go back.. hopefully i can ask Hui Ting to go back with me..

On that note, i've not met many of my ZH friends since i graduated.. miss alot of them.. :(

PW is a headache! I was quite happy that day when my tutor praised my work (despite having laughed at all my grammar mistakes), which was heavily edited by my group members before submission to him, but there are some points that he pointed out which i have to improve on.. i have to do alot of research! Budden my topic was really hard to gather information.. because all the websites i found gave me the same information (in exactly the same phrasing) and were all not detailed..

Studying in TJ is really stressful, especially if you came from a neighbourhood school like me.. everyone there are from top schools, like CCHSM, DHS, AHS, TKGS, TKSS, CHIJ, VS(mostly those who could not make it to VJ).. And ppl from CCHSM(makes up a huge % of the population) and DHS are really hardworking.. i feel quite hardworking in ZHSS, but in TJ i feel super lazy, although i have been myself throughout! But i like this environment! It really makes people motivated to study too! And one good thing about these people is that when you ask them questions, they will really help you as much as they can, and not sui bian da fa ni!

Wow! I v long never update le ar? Haha.. I guess i'm too busy lately.. With the upcoming Mardi Gras everyone is busy like mad, especially those ppl performing. The choir had been having practices 3 times a week, and i m really worn out. Luckily, tml there's NO CHOIR! Yippie! Budden there's sport's day student official duty on all my free days, which means no early days :'( Budden i may be able to go home with Hui Ting again! I finally took the weekend to collate a list of all my undone homework, and guess what? Using my super-ultra-teenie-winnie-mini font to write in my NEW ORGANISER(Yay!:)), it actually took up the whole box allocated for friday the 31st! It's not really a small box either.. i had wanted to scan a picture to put up here, but.. hai.. my scanner is still down.. so many many things i had wanted to scan in were still lying on my desk, including my CLASS/CHOIR PHOTOS, my SIGNATURES FROM THE CSS CONTESTANTS, my NEOPRINTS, PICTURES MY FRIENDS HAD DRAWN FOR ME, blah blah.. to me they are all fond memories.. i want to keep them in my heart and in hard-drive.. haha quoting someone 'i have goldfish memory'..

Anyway, my head's exploding from thinking too much for the PW Preliminary Ideas.. I've gotten a really hard to do topic that's really broad.. i tried to limit it to a specific target audience but i ended up with no ways to continue the momentum, so now i'm still cracking my head over it. I once felt like changing a topic but i couldn't find a suitable one. I really think i am a person that is v boring.. not creative at all.. no wonder other ppl always had impressive ideas but i had to stick to more practical ones (which often equates to more boring).

I finally went to see the doctor again on friday night (it means i rushed back home after choir). I had wanted to go on thursday but we were worried that Dr. Cheong would not be available and everything would be the same again. Apparently i had consulted the lousy doctor and by then, my flu recovered(but more or less by itself, not because of the medicine), but my throat did not and my voice ended up sounding like A-do.. sian.. summore i can feel that it has affected my lungs(something that a person with asthma would definitely dread). Dr. Cheong told me that actually my throat infection was pretty serious and decided to give me really strong antibiotics (which costs $30++) and of coz other medicines for blocked nose, blah blah. My dad was also down with flu so we visited the doctor together, and our medical fees added up as a really prosperous no.--$88. We stoned there for a moment, thinking if it was an early april fool joke, but it's not. So bye bye, $88!

Hai.. this year's april fool is not fun.. it falls on a saturday, which means i din get fooled by anyone.. erm except once by my bro ba.. lol..

I had to get funky clothes for Mardi Gras, so can anyone tell me what are funky clothes? *troubled*

Yay! Tonight's the CSS grand finals.. i'm actually quite excited at the thought though the two ppl i really support, Khim and Adriano are out! I hope it'll be a blast!

Because of this, i've decided to chiong homework last night.. did PW until 2+ last night(or is it this morning? O.o) . At this time, i saw this:

I became quite excited because i had wanted to chat with her online for some time, but somehow our online timings are always different. But later i realised anyone online at this time would probably be doing something serious, like hmwk. So in the end i din tok to her much, only asked her not to work till too late. In the end, when my com was shutting down, she replied 'ok'. I hope she dun stress herself out too much.. I also wish that by the time she comes back from Italy and i've performed for Mardi Gras we would be able to meet for a Kbox trip :) Of coz, provided my throat recovers by then.. I have alot of things to tell her.. but i tink she'll probably not have the patience to listen to me..

Sianz.. I dragged myself to school today for the ALPHA HOUSE FUNCTION.. but just before morning assembly i started having gestric problems *duo zai duo nan* and broke into cold sweat.. i struggled through morning assembly and when i was dragging myself to the 1st lesson venue ppl started to notice me and came to help me (thx a million esp to Swee Huang n Shaun:)) Den i ached abit in the morning den i generally felt better.. so thx to those who were taking care of me *ahem*-- yappie it's you gt:)

Today lessions pure sian lorr.. Summore got hmwk from ytd! Why did i miss the longest day?

Choir was even sian-er today.. missed PT again-last time i missed because i have lessons during PT time, holidays missed it because of a badly sprained ankle, den now it's flu.. i feel that i m really very weak.. really guilty i din do PT.. coz now that i tink of it i din even do a single PT! After that was boring training for musical.. the songs are quite hard.. summore today Sop2s are like seriously handicap..

I saw quite a few ppl that were actually transferred to other houses/schools at the alpha house function. There's this guy that has been transferred to MJC and he still came for the function. Cool! Simin and Eric also came for this function.. haha VJC not fun enough? Eric even wore his VJ uniform for us to see.. seriously he's too thin! His clothes looked baggy on him.. but i tink he will look better in VJ's white uniform than TJ's dirty green uniform.. guys are always more shuai in white i guess.. lol..

Today Bee Kwee also went up to the stage to sing.. she's so cute and she sings so well despite all the blunders.. everyone was like fighting to squeeze near her and shake her hand.. and there are some stupid lame games that ppl took part in to win prices.. i tink the idea of a mega house function is really good to bond us together, but i tink alpha ppl are just not high enough.. the OGLs jump like mad in the first row, the behind ppl just stare blankly at the performers.. den at 9.30 i finally succumb and go home.. coz after a long day i'm really tired.

I made a huge booboo today.. I actually left the school just seconds before mass dance started! ARG!! That time i really buey tahan and pack up, said bye bye to my frens and stepped out of the gate.. den i started to hear 'Let's Get It Started' being played.. aww! It was supposed to be the main highlight!! So in order to mass dance, i'll have to crash other house's house function?! Sianz..

Very long never really blogged le.. My time was all occupied by choir (which is busily preparing for Mardi Gras) and now i really miss my old frens..

The only reason i am at home now is because i m down with some stupid flu + throat infection.. it's like an open tap ytd.. i finished all 2 packets of tissue i brought to school.. i couldn't tahan so i went to see my family doctor ytd.. so suay.. she's not in! Den there's this replacement doctor that always give medicine so weak that will never heal me.. but bo bian i went to see her.. she still gave me weak medicine but my mom 'persuaded' her to give me antibiotics.. but she also gave the weakest kind.. lol..

Wow! Really tired ytd.. so when i reached home (and ate medicine), i fell asleep..

But somehow, this morning i felt better! Which is just good because i won't miss the ALPHA MEGA HOUSE FUNCTION named EUPHORIA! The Alpha HC is so good to us.. i received an email saying:

Yay! O2 has came to a close, but i'm sure many ppl will remember it forever like i do!

Though ppl may comment that O2 is not as fun as O1, I think it's not really the case (it's just some people who refused to be involved in the orientation). Being an OGL you can really see alot. The Subcom and EXCO has put in so much effort to make it a success, and i think no matter if ppl has fully enjoyed it anot, we ought to note their contributions, and not just blame them for the minor minor mistakes they may have made. Thx alot:)

I love OG5! Especially on the last day when ppl began to become more high! OG5 was chosen to represent Zenith for OG performance and we acted a play of a love story that happened in TJC, with the help of another Zenith OG (and some TJ crashers). Although we did not win the competition, we had a really good time together and it somehow bonded us together a little more..

Ytd many ppl came to crash TJ orientation, mostly the 1st intakers that had moved on to other schools like Simin, Eric and Clarence.. Somehow it feels a little weird without Clar Clar in the same school.. but i hope they will all have fun in their new JCs and can settle down really quickly..

I guess the 5-day orientation really wore me up.. i actually woke up at 2pm! Hmm.. so it means i slept 4 more that 13h.. but i think i must really start doing homework because it's began to pile up.. Now that orientation has ended means that play time has ended too.. Somehow what i saw ytd has bothered me a little though it does not concern me.. but i tink it'll help me to know what i really want to b in the future..

For the new posting of classes many really enthu ppl were posted to Alpha classes, ppl like Chuan Li and Maryam (sorry i'm not sure how to spell her name). I'm really happy to have enthu ppl in Alpha and i hope that they will b loyal to Alpha, but i tink if it was me some part of me would forever belong to my original house (for them it's delta). I hope this will not affect them too much though..

I really hope the SC will book the hall for 1 afternoon and we will all mass dance like mad in it!

Hahaz.. why am i bloging late at night (or early in the morning?)

These few days i'm really exhausted.. everyday when reach home i could only eat dinner, bathe then sleep.. feel like a pig seriously.. now i'm beginning to lose my voice.. even Huiting suan me by saying i speak like a base.. oh well..

But today, after the 'scolding' by jon i seriously felt that i had not done enough work for my clan.. reason being is that although i'm an OGL, i tend to b more shy (i guess) than the other OGLs in my OG, i dun really speak up alot.. so i feel that most of the things like organising the OG performance and leading in cheers are done by the other OGLs and i feel alot alot more like a follower.. perhaps i really shouldn't have signed up as an OGL.. haven't done my job well.. but i did have alot of fun! WOH!

Ben Tay is really good! After hearing him speak ytd our clan suddenly became super motivated and for wet games only, it earned us more points than any other clans and we actually jumped from the 4th to the 2nd! it's really a big gap cansidering the number of ZENITH ppl left for wet games..even Ben Tay say we could never win for the wet games due to the small population.. many people pon O2 wet games BUT there are also many ppl who came to crash TJ O2's wet games! Hurray to games com! It's really fun!

Really have to sleep~ especially when i wake up 4.30 every morning (ok so its 3 hours of sleep left) bye bye!

These few days i haven been doing any work.. must start le.. I tink i'll attend the make-up lectures for the 2nd intake.. i haven't been able to catch up..

Perhaps confusion is what makes my sentance structure so weird 4 this post.. or perhaps it's simply the lack of sleep.. thinking of stuff in bed is definately not beneficial.. Have i chose the right path? But no use thinking anymore.. there's no turning back..

Yea!! Let's Celebrate!! It's my 50th Post! (as if it's some big deal)

Posting's out ytd, and this is what i got:

Now i'm stuck with DIRTY GREEN UNIFORMS, a SMALL and CRAMMED cafeteria, FEW and FAR toilets, OLD compound and LTs that look like MUSHROOMS!

I'm really glad i got in.. when before the posting results are officially released, i was rather worried. Reason is that heard that the cut-off for tj would b even lower than dragon year.. despite having less competition due to IP and less snake year babies, more ppl score better and lots of 1st intakers are going to stay in tj.. and many of them are so so so much better than me.. but after much thinking, i tink if i get posting to other jcs, i would never fit in as well as i would in tj. In tj, they really try hard to make you feel like you're one of them. One of the biggest reasons is the Orientation. That's y i aspire to b an ogl to make O2 a success, although i really have alot to learn from others. I really want the 2nd intakers to feel like home, just like i did when i came into tj..

Speaking about O2, it's COMING soon! I can barely hide my excitement now.. haha.. Pump up the ZENITH spirit! Today we had our last meeting before Monday.. it was a really long one with lots of admin matters.. lots of things for our clan leaders to do and note down.. but only after dunno-how-long did the Zenith clan leader arrive.. opps! My guess is he overslept, but who knows?

After that the OGLs had their mass dance grading.. the clans use every free minute before mass dance test to compete cheering! Haha! I really love the Beta and Gamma cheers and their spirit! Keep it up! Zenith OGLs got their test 1st in front of the other clans.. haha so diu lian! I tink Zenith really too many OGLs le.. the stage crammed until going to explode le.. den when we dance we keep stepping on other ppl's leg.. but Beta's seriously great!! They dance like they're born to dance! They deserve to win the clan that dances the best!

And seriously Zenith clan leader need to work hard on his dances.. dun need to elaborate le ba?

Ok.. den after that the OGLs of Zenith had a Zenith OGL outing, at Zenith's lao di fang (which is?), at PP's KFC. Ok larr.. haha i got to know ppl better! Alpha OGLs love to sing!! lol..

Huiting pang seh me! She asked me to teach her mass dance today, but then she forgot and went for CG outing! Haha but i dun really blame her larr.. It could b the last time her class is gathered tgt.. I'm kinda sorry that ytd i din go with my class to eat breakfast tgt.. it could b the last time many of us are addressed as ppl from CG13/06.. I will really miss alot of them! Esp Sarah! I really think she's a cute person that will really care for others.. she even bought me a 'snail' paperclip and gave me a card with heartwarming words.. actually i'm abit sad that in the end she still chose the poly path.. but i want to wish her all the best! I know that no matter which path she chose in the end, she'll do her best to not regret her choice.. and See Hui! Friday she din come.. actually i was really hoping to see her.. but i sort of knew she wouldn't come.. still i wish she'll cheer up.. Thursday when we went to TM tgt, she was always worried about her results.. i tink she shud learn to b more optimistic.. anyway i hope the best in her wherever she goes.. Definitely i hope to c her back in tj!

I tink in tj i changed quite alot. I've learnt to b more open towards others and not b so much of an introvert (though i'm still very much 1). I also learnt how to face males better (slightly only larr). I also felt the warmth from my seniors. Seriously i tink tj fits it's reputation.. the warm and caring school.. although we might not b academically the best (not bad too!) but we are certainly the BEST!

Ohya! And choir! I dunno.. it's getting sianner and sianner.. with the long hours of practice and the seniors (miss ya Regina!) away, choir is getting quite dull.. summore we keep learning new songs i dun really remember the older 1s.. summore due to the year 2s going to Sans Fran for competition, the preparation for the upcoming Mardi Gras and the Musical falls in the hands of year 1s.. Another reason y i sian diao is because i, as a person who can barely dance, is asked to choreograph a dance! Oh man! It's really the worst part of all this! So maybe.. just maybe.. i'll quit choir.. and probably join guitar.. it has always been my wish to learn a musical instrument.. so i can make use of this chance to learn it.. i tink i can only join performing arts.. my soul truly belongs there.. but i'm worried that i'm too lousy to participate in SYF.. that's one of the most important things in joining a performing arts.. the spirit and unity of ppl to succeed and excel is what makes the hectic period before the competition meaningful.. i really enjoy that feeling.. besides, just think.. me=> sports?! nah..

Hai~ i really hope to meet cheryl someday.. it's always me dat yue her but she's always not free.. i'm kinda getting sick of that feeling.. really hope that march holidays we'll meet.. i want to c her in uniform! I have a weird feeling that if i dun c her soon, she'll forget me and we'll drift apart.. i tink i'm trying to grab all my frens v hard so that they won't leave.. but in the end they'll probably feel strangled and leave.. i dun like this feeling but i just can't help but miss them.. all of them seemed to have so much fun in jc.. i dun wish to b left behind..

And march holidays i want to meet Sarah and Wanchen 4 Kbox too! Our last gathering i guess.. we always say we want to go to Kbox but in the end we never did.. It's kinda strange.. the few of us (+See Hui) with such different personalities would become good frens.. they each have a distinct personality that i really envy.. i feel that i m a 'normal' person you c on the street.. no personality.. no cheek (tj ppl will noe what i mean).. too 'tofu'.. really dun like myself.. and i'm starting to depend on my new frens too.. i dun like that feeling.. Oh save me!

Today was tiring! Triple jump is so hard! My aching leg from ytd is not helping me at all!

When i m fa dai-ing and looking at a far away J1 from CCHSM i suddenly tot: If in Pri6, i did not put ZHSS as 1st choice but schools like DHS and CCHSM that my pri sch frens try v hard to psyco me to go, what become of me now? Would i b better in terms of results? Would i discover my interest in music? Would i still enjoy school so much?

Today's Chem test is a gone case.. but it was my fault larr.. din study for it last night.. so screwed it up totally.. I dunno redox and many fundamental things that i had to remember even in secondary school.. it's not good for someone who aspires to take Chem H3..

Today worked on tiki.. yay i'll still b taking OG 5, WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY MY OG!! AND CG 13 IS IN OG5! I hope it'll turn out fine..

Today had Alpha OGL meeting with the NEW clan master.. seriously he turned out to b better and more serious than i tot he'll b.. actually quite glad larr.. Today we got quite alot of admin stuff done than i expected.. I hope despite all the difficulties Zenith will face or all OGLs and Committee will face, everyone will have fun for O2. PLEASE DUN PON O2!

Hey! I'm really a rock..

Today i started to exfoliate.. coz OGL camp shai too much.. Mr. Lee must b very glad of me.. i apply what i was taught.. but after alot of considerations, i began to have second thoughts on whether to change my combinations.. i may not replace Econs with Geog afterall.. still considering but.. for indecisive me.. it's gonna take some time..

Today i finally did my part of the presentation for my PW project.. at first we wanted to meet up during the weekends but we all have too many committments so no time.. now i'm just worried whether we would have enough time to do or whether it will seem slip-shot..

Haha.. abit happy today.. coz for Physics test.. i PASSED!! (thou not with flying colours) 22/40!! So proud of myself.. seriously this test is SUPER easy, i could sense, budden i so lousy so this grade is good.. Summore today's mass dance we're released at 7! That's really early! I guess SCIP ppl also has to study, ne?

Today afternoon i went to the HUB to do my PW.. met Huiting there.. so funny lorr.. she saw me when she was reading her blog and i was reading hers.. then after her frens had to leave she camr to sit with me.. But both of us were so bored we din noe what to do and we did nth much and so we became more bored.. in the end we ended up doing quizzes.. haha our results are quite different though..

Ytd we had our OGL camp.. everyone had quite alot of fun.. haha shAUn v ke xi 4 uu quit le..

In the morning i miscalculated the time and i reached Bedok at 7.30am.. so i din noe what to do.. at 1st wan to go to the comic shop near the 7-11 budden it's not open so early~ So early in the morning i bought milk (again!) and sat on the chair in front of 7-11 to drink.. hey it's amazing dat smth 200ml i can drink for 30 min! At 8am i decided to walk into school.. met Joann and we sat tgt at the marquee area waiting 4 the camp to start.. There we saw alot of really enthu Sub Com members mass dancing.. really good! I will neba reach that standard.. :(

At approximately 8.40, most ppl assembled there, and the OGL camp officially started! The Exco of the 2nd o started to brief us on what we are supposed to do for the camp and till before the 2nd o. Then we are broken into groups to try out the games.. the groups were according to house and CGs(phew!!) and each group is assigned 1-2 Exco/Sub Com members.. and YAY!! We got SAM!! He's quite a nice person :)

The 1st activity of the day was to think of cheers (how fun!). Ppl really put hearts into the thinking of cheers, and we invented some neat new cheers (just that i always could not remember that words..).. but i really like other clan/house cheers! Esp the delta and gamma cheers! Delta's creativity of changing their 'fever' cheer into hokkien version really amazed me! I dun really undersatnd alot of hokkien but i could at least understand 'buey tahan!'

The 1st few games were dry games.. although some of them were quite common, we certainly had fun! Sorry not supposed to say what the game are.. Alot of weird weird game names.. hey hey! Future OGMs look out for the spegatti game!

During the lunch break, all the Zenith OGLs planned ate tgt.. but in the end we split into 2 grps: 1 eating at LJS and 1 grp at Mac.. I joined Yuan Jing and her friend An and ate at LJS.. Hai.. really really no $ le..

Then the wet games! Only during wet games did i realise there are 4 'yan's among the Alpha OGLs! Haha.. i belong to that family too.. Haha.. some wet games were not only wet but dirty.. i had flour in my whole face too! I was not reallt wet thou.. I have a feeling that wet games are not wet enough.. But i really hope all the OGMs would actively participate.. coz that's what an Orientation is 4.. I kept having the feeling that Alpha Warriors are always more shy and reserved, even during games, but i could see ppl's glowing expressions when they played the games! What is important in this whole process is that everyone has fun and will bond in the process..

So in the evening (actually night larr) the Zenith OGLs gathered to choose a new Clan Leader from the OGLs to lead us.. But it was really a tough decision to make.. I feel that in my heart, nobody can really replace Ben Tay.. the fatigue king of Zenith.. All the candidates had their good and bad points, and after the 1st round of voting 2 ppl stood out.. sry cannot mention name.. but they each had part of the quality that we all looked 4 and not all.. so a tough and cruel choice was made between the two and the new clan leader is out.. but i really really hope he treasures this chance to improve.. if not Zenith will face some tough moments.. ESPECIALLY when all the rest of the new clan leaders are so good and powerful and most importantly, hungry to win..

I really miss the 1st orientation, when i was just a shy girl in a entirely new surroundings.. but the OGLs and ppl of the school really made me feel welcomed.. and i hope i can contribute a small part to make the 2nd o a success!

Although in the 2nd orientation we might have a v v v v v v v big disadvantage (opps!) As long as all the Alpha warriors unite, we can still RULE over other clans! Ignore what others may say, as long as we believe in each other, we will still have immense fun!

I want to see the new videos they shot for 2nd o.. i wonder what the new plot is like.. i want to noe what will really 'happen' to Ben Tay.. how he will b 'killed' by the new clan leader.. but.. NO! I DON'T WANT YOU TO DIE!!

Today it's really fun.. how i wish that the photos that Zhi Zhan took would be up to download soon..

Really cham ar.. Now i've really became charcoal.. so black! Even when i touch my neck i can feel pain.. :( 1/2 lost my voice too.. now my singing range has been reduced by 1/2.. so today i drank alot of 'cooling' things.. one of which is GREEN BEAN SOUP.. i hate it! But.. it's all for my own good.. so bo bian..

Hai~ the bao ying of only attending 1 mass dance prac is i cannot dance at all!! I 4got how to do the running man le!! Cham ar! Must practice the dances everyday!! So if there's nth to do b4 choir on mon, i must go 4 mass dance prac!

So in conclusion.. I LOVE ZENITH!! I LOVE ALPHA!! pls pls pls pls dun change my house.. AND PLS let me stay in tj!!!

Ha! Today's tests are a BREEZE! Now i'm quite certain i'll FAIL with FLYING COLOURS! Ha!

Today's lessons are a bore.. in the last 2 periods i was really counting down every minute.. Luckily Mr Iskanda (dunno how to spell) released all of us early due to all of us giving him all the 'going to die' looks..

Ytd when i was not around, the ogls learnt all 6 mass dances! Omg! I can't imagine how late they reached home! Especially us NEL ppl! Well.. today i can blog at this time mostly because today's mass dance session was cancelled due to the SCIP ppl having their mass dance test today.. but looking at how they did that day, i'm quite sure they'll all pass, but i just want to wish them GOOD LUCK!

I really want to meet cheryl soon.. i wonder how she's going with her diet? has she grown fatter? i doubt so..

Can't believe 'guai guai' yy actually PON SCHOOL today..
But i'm far too tired to go to school..

With the upcoming Chem, Phy and Maths tests coming up, i feel immense pressure. Why? Because i understand nothing taught by the lecturers and sometimes the tutor too.. and i STILL want to take these subjects after 1st 2 mths.. As 4 Econs, i've decided to drop it.. but by doing so, i m closing my pathway to doing business-related courses. But anyway it was never my intention to take it. Most probably i'll replace it with Geog.. but i haben seen the H2 Geog notes yet.. hmm.. hope it'll b more managable.

WOW! Being an OGL is tiring!
Ytd i had mass dance practice to learn mass dances before O2 so that i could teach my peers.. The dance steps were taught by reallyy enthu SCIP members and i must say they did a good job! Ltr some SC members passed by and suddenly, we changed our 'teachers'.. but i must say they all dance v v v well! But the pace they teach is abit too fast 4 me (perhaps because i always take longer to apprehand things), and i was struggling. For Dhoom i partnered Shuan.. his dance steps are so funny! Lol.. never seen a person dance worse than me! But it's not rite to laugh at another person, ne? But I can c that he really tries v v v v v v v v v v v v v v hard to learn.. But i guess another reason he cannot catch it fast is that his partner is so lousy :( And I tot ht's CO and at 7.30pm den i ask her to wait 4 me den we go home tgt.. but in the end CO ended at 6.30 den OGL dance practice ended at 8.00! So she actually waited 1.5h 4 me! So nice of her!
-Btw ytd i learned (but shud have mastered) Dhoom Dhoom and Let's Get It Started (a.k.a Retarded). Today i was supposed to learn Heartsdales (v v v v v v v v v hard! >.<) and BSB i tink

Hmm.. i did something i considered supernatural..
I SLEPT 14h+ YTD!!
It was liddet:
Ytd i when i returned home i started sms-ing ppl.. but when i was comfortably lying on the bed after bathing.. i fell asleep at 5+.. den only woke up when my stomach grumbled at 7+! But truth is i din really wake up totally.. only at ard 8 den i xia ding jue xin wake up.. so after 2 days of slacking i have:
3 days of newspaper to read
3 tests next week->lots of revision and catching up to do
1 big pile of hmwk
--Not going to survive it thru today--:(

Mon got OGL meeting at 3.15 at LT3 i suppose.. but i wonder what they'll do.. just plain briefing? or mass dance training? Looking forward to 2nd 'o' thou.. i hope it's fun.

Ytd's road run was ok.. we started grumplily coz Alpha got the place on the grandstand that's UNDER THE SUN!! Summore in the morning the sun's directly shining on us! Esp when your neighbours got shelter+chairs+fan-emitting-H2O.. Dat seriously dampen's our mood to cheer for our house.. many ppl from Alpha pon too.. which contributes to the softness of the cheers too.. In the end, Delta won the cheer competition.. But i agree with the results.. Deltans (wonder if it's correct) really put in alot of effort in their cheering.. always stay back to practice cheer b4 road run.. den got prepare props too (1 good example is a blue(?) dino-costumed guy in front of delta *must b hot in a costume under the sun*).. den summore they cheer quite loudly..even when alpha and delta are the furthest away still can hear their cheers (surprisingly not drown by beta's screams of 'y are we so pro?').. so they deserved it.. but i guess there are some really pro long distance runners in Alpha.. we won quite alot of awards.. So for the intrahouse gathering soon (i 4got the date..), which the theme is food, they are going to pump in more $.. yay! the theme is banana and chocolate/caramel.. so it's going to b a really fun and interesing day!! In the end i got tanner (?) today.. :(

Ytd i also went to pei yan jing.. i really got shan guang and it's quite serious i suppose.. left eye smth like 100 and right eye 25.. seriously i dunno what the numbers mean but 100 sounds so much >25.. but i had a really hard time choosing the specs coz i tink all looked bad on me! so in the end i chose a maroon red 1 (i tink so ba..).. hope i dun look too weird..

Die larr!! My eyesight is deteriorating!! I tot these few days coz i din really sleep enough my eyes were tired.. but today it suddenly shocked me when after choir i was sitting at the 24 bus-stop that i could not c the words on a large sign that wrote 'BEDOK smth(cannot c larr)'! Den i tried to look at the nearing bus and i actually took '31' as '57'! I tink really must check my eyes again!! Hmm maybe i go tml after road run.

Ok i've decided to go 4 road run! (Actually ashamedly decided 2 sec earlier)

HOW TO DO CHEM?! Redox really kills me.. today sooo embarassing summore.. the teacher gave us examples to draw the bonding of SO4 ion den i was asked to draw the S2O3 ion.. den summore she kept hinting it's similar.. but i made a HUGE mistake..

Another subject that i find a chore is Econs.. I've heard so many ppl saying that it's actually fun.. at least more fun in year 2, and that it is a requirement 4 Business courses in uni (or not?).. but i can't take it lorr.. got 23/35 for the test ytd.. sad coz i noe cher super duper extra lenient.. so now still tinking if geog or hist.. to let down Mr Lee or Mr Ba..

My JAE selections was done quite a few days ago. Guess what i've chose as 1st choice?

ISN'T THAT A SURPRISE?

Well.. after choosing i suddenly have a weird tot: or shud i give a shot to njc?
But it din take me long to shug off that thought because of several reasons:
1) I love the school's culture! The seniors are warm and friendly and they certainly started the orientation with a big bang and ended it in a v high mood! I admit i was shy(due to being seperated from other frens) but i did get to know more ppl in the OG.. we were sooo good that for the next week i kept thinking some CG 09/06 ppl were in my class! But i really xian mu them.. they were all v close bonded now and are all v enthu ppl..
2) I WANT TO B AN OGL! ytd the posting was out.. for a mere hour or so.. actually was waiting 4 bus at the bus-stop in front of school when i met shaun and he said he posting was out! Den i knew i have to rush back to c the list.. there are 'bout 6 or 7 ppl im my class that got in i tink.. and I'M ONE OF THEM!! However the listing is soon down.. i noe of many ppl who want to c the posting.. i hope it will b out again soon.
3) I like my new frens! There's See Hui who's lame, Wan Chen that's cute, Sarah that's understanding (and clumsy.. lol), Simin who's sporty, Brenda who's girly, Shaun that has alot of da dao li, Felicia that looks cool but is really nice.. however if i change a combi i may not b in the same class as them.. I DUN WAN TO CHANGE CLASS!! I ALSO WANT TO STAY IN ALPHA!!
4) I haven't met my reallyy nice angel:) she always say she's square.. but i tink she's a really nice person.. the only clues i've got is she got in thru DSA and is in table tennis now.. oh and she's quite fair (as in the skin colour). Summore we've got really similar likes! We both like manga alot! perhaps the difference is she likes action-packed manga(i guess shounen manga would suit her^^) and i simply adore the cute romantic kind (shoujo!).
5) I would miss more frens. Now already miss Cheryl like crazy le (she neba miss me 1.. sob sob), if i transfer school i will miss hui ting and gt like mad!! Summore huitian may be coming to tj to take MEP.. and if i'm not wrong jibin and some others are choosing tj too! Hope they'll have fun here!
6) It will probably take me more time to adapt to other schools..
7) If i transfer out, i will miss the green, the mushroom, the SC ppl, the choir seniors (esp Regina!), the marquee, the library, the round tables(as much as i hate them now), the school song, the always zou ying command during morning assembly, the cutely funny short plays that were acted out by the sc ppl during assembly..
8) With this kind of cut-off, where can i possibly go?
9) I feel proud wearing the dirty green uniform! (discovered today)

So with these stupid reasons i chose the JC with the most ancient building (but well maintained) as my 1st choice.. and my next 2 were nyjc science and mjc science.. wish me luck!

So with nyjc as next choice, i tink next week i will ask my frens to pon school to crash ny wif me, but haven looked 4 a host or confirmed the time. When i told my frens i feel like crashing nyjc wearing tjc uniform, they all tot i was insane.. but y was it insane when huijuan could come in to tj on valentines and scribble 'Once a saint, always a saint' on the ground? lol..

Road run is just around the corner.. as well as physics and maths test! My 2 most worried subject! ytd Raimi and Nicholas was crapping in the hall when Ben Tay came in and called out to fellow Alpha warriors to b road officials.. den he stood there for so long but not one go and sign up.. he look so dejected.. i feel can kui.. but that day really dun feel like signing up coz little ppl in my class sign up..

So since i will not b going 4 road run (opps!) i tink maybe i will go with Sarah and Wan Chen to Kbox.. but after that we may go to library to revise Maths and Physics.. i hope they are better than me.. coz i CATCH NO BALL during lectures! these 2 kinds of lecture (esp maths!) are the two i m most prone to sleep in (ok.. i TRIED to keep awake.. maybe its just the lecturers have too enchanting a voice!)

Esp Sarah.. i hope she'll b able to really decide which institution (regardless of whether its poly/jc) she wants to go to and which subject(s) she'll b taking and we'll really keep in touch.. but of coz i hope she'll stay in tj.. but i find myself selfish saying that.. like i keep persuading cheryl to come to tj.. its all because i really like the school doesn't mean she'll b happy in it.. but now with a raw score of 7 i'm sure she'll b staying in vj.. i'm proud of her! She's MY SUN NU u noe!!

Anyway, with this results i noe i'll have to really work super super super super hard for the 'A'.. hai.. :(

Ytd i told my parents my results and they were quite glad (shows their low expectations of me:( ). Den my bro kept telling me 10 is quite good already.. but for him he'll get 8 in his year(?! isn't that conforting!), but i hope he'll really keep his promise.. den perhaps he could b in the same school as me (shud b tj! yeah!) or go to better institutions (eg. nj, vj).. but actually my parents are more keen to send him to poly.. coz they all think he's more of a hands-on kind of person, which i kinda agree (no! I want him in tj coz we had never been in the same school except when in kindergarden!!). So he's quite confused as to what to choose too..

Ytd i ponned Japanese lessons again.. the cher is not v glad.. but couldn't care bout it.. no mood.. so at night i 'yue' cheryl to go out and gai gai.. budden it was quite a weird decision to choose Kovan as the shops all close at 9+ (when we met at 8+).. in the end we went to a shop that sells cheap stickers and she bought 50 pieces of it (notice it's NOT 50 stickers BUT 50 sheets of paper with ard 20+ stickers each).. she's using it to pian xiao hai zi.. haha.. den she wanted to buy pencils too.. budden i ask her not to buy coz i have a truckload of pencils.. den passing the pencils to her most prob on mon..

Oh yarr! She treated me to bubble tea too! Then that day she also bought the veejay collar pin for me.. when i was about to pay her she said she'll give me.. (yay i saved $1+! Really poor now~) den ltr she added: "but since i wore the badge b4 it's worth 100$.." *sweatdrops* Anyway thx! :) It really made my day! I tink after meeting up with her i felt better..

So 2 free badges! Both on the same day summore!(the other 1 is the nyjc badge) Thx Yu Xuan!!:)

Today's the big day!

i've been wanting to update so many days ago, but due to many 'unforeseen circumstances' i only managed to do so today. My com is currently infected with alot alot alot alot of spyware.. which is why i can only blog in the morning (using my dad's com)..

Ytd me, Sarah, Brenda, Shaun, Felicia, Simin went to bugis.. not to shopping but to go bai bai at the famous temple. I noe it's a crazy idea and last minute praying probably won't help but i still wan to give myself some form of self-assurance.. Anyway we took neoprints AGAIN today.. after taking it a few days ago.. Hai scanner broke down if not alot of photos to upload..

Sry for leaving early too.. Sarah accompanied me to take mrt coz we are both taking NEL.. I kinda like her.. she's a very nice person to talk to and i can tell her some of my xin shi without having a barrier.. i really hope she'll get <10 and continue to stay in tj..

SO WHEN WILL THE 'O' LEVEL RESULTS BE OUT??!!

Ahem.. sry for my complaining.. but i've grew tired of waiting.. at first we tot it was monday.. den now definately not monday but it's for sure next week.. i'm really scared that my results would not enable me to stay in tjc.. i've really became attached to the school.. don't want to leave and have to xi guan another place.. but i have a very baaadd feeling that i will not get what i desire (it always happens~) so not placing too much hopes..

Btw tml all year 1s will have their morning assembly in the auditorium.. i wonder what they intend to tell us.. but my best guess(?) is that it is regarding the release of 'O' level results or to persuade us to stay in tj.. coz other years ppl that went into tj chose a better school in the same area as their 1st choice (i.e. vj) but could not make it so they got admitted into tj.. so after results release they went into other schools.. but this year i don't really think alot of people are thinking of transfering out.. all thx to the warmness of the seniors and the immense fun we had from the orientation.. :)

But.. but if i can't make it? i tink i will cry.. thou i neba wanted to sry in front of my classmates.. make me look like a crybaby.. but my next choice will b nyjc.. i hope its not too boring/mugging/slacking.. but if really can't even go to ny.. den most prob is poly.. but what can i study? all those that chose a science course there are reallyy smart ppl.. so most likely.. i dunno.. but if i go poly i would take nursing or something to do with science (but i doubt i can b a nurse.. so clumsy :( )

i don't want to think of my future anymore.. always gives me headaches.. they all seemed so distant but so near.. i feel unsecure when i tink of my future.. would i b able to get a job and support my parent(s)? would my father still stay with us when i graduate from whatever school? would my brother survive the tough NS and become a REAL man? would he b able to graduate and find a good job? would life continue as per normal? would my grandmother live on to see me and my brother have our own family?(wow that's REAL far!)

BUT before i can get my 'O' result, i'll have to live thru my CHEM test.. hai.. its CONFIRMED on mon liao.. den my ECONS test is next week too.. but dunno which day.. den i still got a pile of homework as high as Mount Everest.. that day Hui Ting asked me a question:
"why are uu always so busy with hmwk and activities but i always have time to relax?"
i went home to reflect and found that there are only a few reasons:
1) i always daydream/sleep when doing homework
2) i m very slow when doing homework
3) i m a perfectionist (?)
4) i have to 2 person's hmwk (me+all tough sums from my bro)
5) TV programmes at night are always more interesting :)
6) i always doze off during lessons so i dun understand what's taught in lessons and at home i have to take extra time to revise and abosrb what is taught
7) (applies only to this year) i m addicted to tjc forum >.<

I wonder why so many has received a letter to persuade them to b a teacher but i haven't.. perhaps the ministry has no confidence in my cooking/chinese/art?

Tuesday i m going wif some of my friends to visit some zhss chers.. i hope it would b fun and rewarding($$).. lol..

Today's post is really going to b short!! I promise!!

On mon i have choir prac.. it starts at 5.30 and ends at 8.30.. or supposed to end at 8.30.. as the conductor did not know the exact time choir ends *wonders y* so she only dismissed us at 9... the choir is great! We all managed to learn an SATB (or rather SSATTBB) piece.. Its called Amor De Mi Alma. The song here is performed by UNI Singers.. a choir larr..

In tjc the next few weeks (3 i tink) we will b preparing 4 the english fair.. my CG is supposed to do research on Roberto Goizueta... at 1st we tot he's the founder of Macdonald's... when we do research in the library then we found out that he's the CEO of COCA-COLA... lol... so doing research now... must stay back tml to work on skit for the English Fair too... :(

YAY!! tj has made friday a school holiday, perhaps to reward us after the hectic CNY carnival and to let us go back to our sec school... but the bad news is that day there's still choir... so after all the visiting and meeting wif frens i still have to report to school for choir... :(

Ok i'll try to make today's post short (P.S. ==>try)

Today was another boring day that passed... one period of lesson the whole day, however today we meet our civics tutor.. for the first time. She seemed to b a really nice person, but our class is dead silent today... so much so that she felt v bored too...oh yarr... she's our chem tutor too!

Today we had a dialogue session with the 29th student council... so funny lorr... some ppl ask them v hard-to-answer questions, there was even 1 person who asked: May i noe why tjc had not produced a president scholar in 21 years... lol...
den the councillor's answer was:
"there will not b a 22nd year as i will b the president scholar..." lol..

den there was even 1 person who asked why all the house captains are all males, which the reply from my house cap was, "do you know that the previous 3 alpha(yay!) house caps are all females?" But don't worry, i tink he's definately a male..

lately i really missed my sec school friends... dunno when i can c them again...

So happy~ this friday got choir orientation... btw, I'M IN!! that's such an achievement considering how i did for my auditions... i totally chose the wrong song for audition... summore i freaked out in front of the conductor and blabbered alot of rubbish... so my self-chose song section shud have failed badly... luckily when i heard scales my body seemed to relax a lot more.. lol... din noe i enjoyed singing scales... nevertheless i was slightly out of tune... especially at higher range... so after testing my range she told me i was IN!! I CAN SING!! but at that moment i can't really register and respond to her statement so after 5 sec i was like, "...huh?" but the impt thing is I GOT IN!!
But now guess what?

Its a great jump of 2 sections lorr... from Alto 2 to Sop 2... from lowest girls section to 2nd highest... lol... dunno if i can cope lehh... when testing my range the conductor keep asking me, "ey your range not v low lehh... were uu really in A2?"
I admit that day i wasn't exactly in a good condition, but it feels sad to hear such words... Not that i m insulted or what... but i guess i will always miss the good old days when i m in ZHSS choir, in the Alto section..

Today i too free le or what i go with huiting to c the CO briefing... so funny lorr... we were all assigned into grps of 6 den with a CO person interact wif each other... yet in the end they guy in charge of our grp became so sian he buey tahan and keep seeking help from other ppl... summore the guy is from ZHSS(my grp got 4 ZHSS ppl, including him) then he in SC also!! Den they all tink i v interested to join, coz i come to observe the CO even when i can't play any instruments... they keep asking me questions lorr... make me so embarassed... but hu noes? I may really join CO because:
1) It falls on tue and wed every week(won't clash wif my bao bei choir)!!
2)Its another performing arts CCA(PDP)!
3)It has several ppl i noe, both my CG/OG ppl and my ZHSS friends
... but i m still at the phrase of considering so nothing's fixed yet.. but JOINING CHOIR IS CERTAIN!! Muahahahahahahahahahaa!

>.<>siao.. after 4 days of orientation, i got to know some ppl from my CG... btw i'm from CG13/06(OG5).. and soon realised they were all friendly and fun ppl.. the OGLs were also very lively and even 'daring'...

tjc OG5 actually... STOMPED INTO THE COMPOUND OF VJC AND AMAZED THE SCHOOL, BRINGING HONOUR TO TJC!!!
.. well.. something liddet..

During the last day of orientation, we had 5h of OG bonding time so we decided to go to ECP to have lunch before having fun.. we went to ECP to have lunch in.. Mac?!.. nvm.. den we had a looooong time having lunch due to rain outside.. That's when i started to know more ppl.. never knew i had such cute classmates:) It was so sweet that the OGLs decided to treat us something since it was the last day of orientation.. thx so much for everything!

After that we went into a bowling alley in hape for a good game but after we saw the many uncles who 'strike' everytime we decided to leave.. everyone was brainstorming for where to go when i-dunno-who thought of an idea: invading vjc. Before we knew it, we were heading toward vjc, and soon we were standing in front of the gates..

Don't blink! Here comes the interesting part!

Liesel was great.. she got into the compound without much effort.. den Jeremy went to talk to the two security guards to gain permission to go into the compound.. and he actually did persuade the guards!! However when we were halfway inside, he mischieviously winked at one of the guards (oh-oh!) and he chased us out! However, to finish what we set out to do, he went to look for the dm of vjc with the security guard.. and when they come out both of the guards were smiling like crazy (as opposed to the angry look he gave us when he chased us out).. lol..

and thus we were allowed to do 1 cheer in vjc compound:)

and we chose the best 1 of all: tjc cheer!

I could still remember the looks of the people in vjc.. the jaw-drop look.. lol

Liesel asked a vjc student to take us when doing the cheer but it seemed like she pressed the wrong button.. seesh.. we wanted to do one more time for her to take but Jeremy said that we must keep to our promise of only 1 cheer.. so we only pretended to do tj cheer when we took the next photo.. lol.. den when we all left the gate the whole grp of around 55 of us winked at the guards... only then did Jin Jie manage to find us in front of vjc.. he missed all the fun..

After that expedition, we had so much fun that we discussed what other jcs to go to.. but in the end we decided to go PP coz we dun want to b in the blacklist of all jcs..

When we reached there we heard music.. curious us went towards the source and saw a vehicle parked in an empty space.. a person is promoting the ***** camcorder.. so they played music to attract people.. the OGLs went towards the djs and requested 'Dhoom' to be played.. and when it was played we did mass dance in the square!! lol.. so many ppl were looking at us.. even ppl from other OGs that happened to b there.. there was also a 'surfboard' there and the person there keep persuading us to try 'surfing' on the surfboard.. we all persuade our male OGLs to try it.. Jeremy and Xin Tian were great.. but Jin Jie was the best! He was on it for 3min and 6sec!! Hence it put him in the top 3 timing-- third to b exect, and he stands a chance to win a ***** camera! However the condition is that he must come back to compete at 6pm.. but we're supposed to go back to school so he decided to give it a miss.. aww so ke xi!

O night was also very fun! All the united people of Zenith got light stick (or whatever its called) and that became our common item (i got a yellow 1 but i regretted not taking the blue 1 as ALPHA IS BLUE!! Muahahahahahahahahaa!!), just like Ixodus has their ppl wearing jeans and a loose tie.. that night the Zenith ppl rocked the house! Despite being last in ranking in the morning, we tried our very best in every item and managed to emerge as CHAMPION!! So proud of the Alpha house..>.< -- 1! We are the Zenith! 2! We still can't hear you! 3! A little bit louder! 4! More more more! -- We are S-U-P-E-R! SUPER that's what we are! S-O-L-I-D! SOLID that's what we are! SUPER SUPER! (Clap Clap) SOLID SOLID! (Clap Clap) SUPER SOLID! SOLID SUPER! Chi-ke-la-ka-pi-ya-pi-ya! Chi-ke-la-ka-pi-ya-pi-ya! Sua sua sua sua sua! Btw, all house captains, a.k.a the clan leaders are all so energetic and cool! Esp Benjamin! Ben Tay rocks! I will definately miss the orientation.. in fact i start to miss it le! Btw jc1 students received their week 1 time table le.. dun like the timetable.. its like on wed and fri i have onli 1 period of lesson in the middle of the day and i still have to report in school for morning assembly.. :( could have slept more lorr.. y does a school day in tjc start so early? assembly starts at 7.25am.. :( Oh yarr ytd we also received the contact list of everyone in OG5, including the OGLs. Cool rite? Wow! this entry is so long! Better stop here.. have to get changed to meet nana ltr.. so long~

P.S. quoting another source: Zenith clinched the 'fear factor styled competition', 'balloon popping competition', 'best O night performance' and 'BEST CLAN'! even the tj's very own campus superstar was from zenith!!

Can't stand it.. y is every1 feeling sad and depressed during this holiday season?!

Today i finally gave up and helped my bro do his eng assignment... i read pride and prejudice in like.. 3h? (ok larr.. i admit its a super short kiddy version from a nearby book store as the original one is like 6 or 7 times more wordy and definately even more times harder to apprehand..) den started writing his review. Kids nowadays are so 'ku ming'.. even have to analyse the characters, the story, and its theme(s)+talk 'bout personal experience in at most 350 words.. so after summerising the whole thing 70+ times, the word count ts 705... oh well..

Now he's working like mad to finish all his asignments before school reopens.. so funny.. shud i say that?

Oh yarr... today i flipped thru' today's 'today'(sounds ironic) to try to find a job i could do even after school reopens.. but to every company i call they say must b 18+, so..

Maple is getting more and more bored.. so sian.. no motivation to keep training... especially when uu have 5 characters and uu always try to train them evenly..

Today is 'dong zhi' and everyone in the family is supposed to b around to eat tang yuan, but my father now overseas... kinda no mood now to celebrate le.. but still get to eat tang yuan larr.. though it's not that i really like eating it..

Ok today its confirmed i will spend my 1st month or so in tjc.. actually looking 4ward to it!

Hai... actually abit embarressed these few days i did nothing except read manga, look at tv, play computer... it's starting to get bored during the holidays... hope school reopen soon!

After many days of consideration(?), i've finally changed the layout of my blog! Its a bit too black for me, but hu cares? its TSUBASA!! Featuring all the main characters of the anime/manga!

Not that I'm picky or sad or anything, but perhaps somewhere in my heart, perhaps i still long to be in the vjc family, but someone once told me that i suited tjc alot more than vjc... its only the 1st 3 months(?) and i have a deep feeling that after this period i would really fall in love in tjc that i would neba want to leave le, even if i can get into other institutions! tjc is such a grest school!

Speak of this, i guess all ppl admitted into tjc MUST report at.. er.. quoting the website 'ALL successful applicants must attend an important briefing from 0830 on 27 Dec 2005 to sign up for preferred subject combinations for 2006.'. I just copied from the website.

Today something major happened in my house.. no mood to elaborate.. but now the nood is so gloomy that i dunno what to do.. so scared this morning.. i hope everything gets a resolution, quick

Finally the big 'o' is over... But weirdly, i don't feel exceptionally happy...

Dunno y these few days i don't really have any holiday mood.. despite having a lot of activities planned for this break.. ppl tell me i looked depressed.. rreeeallly meehhh??!!
But i think i feel like smiling alot more after the 'o'...
Last opportunity.. but i think i shall miss it..
Last sat i went out with cheryl.. so fan.. she kept toking 'bout wanting to bring ba to the chalet.. oh well.. our original plan was to go kbox.. but too few ppl no fun.. so nvm lorr.. we went bugis guang.. i really dunno what i bought.. spend so much.. heartache..
At 1st we wanted to take neoprints.. but it seems that in the end we both 4got.. but i m happy.. i feel like i knew her abit more.. had a madly fun day.. we even went to the temple to pray.. perhaps both 4 our results and our *wish*..
Finally booked the jap course.. its on 2nd of dec.. hope its interesting n useful.. really looking 4ward to it..
Last nite was packing 4 chalet.. so many things to bring lorr.. like going 4 a hike.. so happy c is staying overnight.. hope it will b fun..

Arg... ytd i received a horrendous news... only 'bout 50% , yesh its 50% of the sec 4s could go to JC with their L1R5 without moderation... Can't imagine this happening...
WOW!! And i got a GLORIOUS L1R5 too... can't use my Chinese at all(since i din study for it+i misinterpreted the zuo wen question). And we were the privileged batch that had 2 L1s... Sorry Li Lao Shi... I got so much worse than your expectations... got 16 for L1R5... Dunno which school would want me...
Abit thinking of getting into SAJC... but dunno if i can make it... heard many versions of news about moderation.. E1 got ppl say there's no moderation... but E2 ppl say got ppl receive as much as 6 pts moderation... who shud i believe?
Did i really put in enuf effort for my PRELIMs? I dunno anymore...
Can't believe i got B4 for my Chemistry... it was my strongest subject since Sec 3... tot i could at least get A2. But i guess i overestimated myself... for every trick qn that Elim set... I FELL INTO IT!!! Wow... how clever. And for my chem prac... passed by onli 1/2 a mark...Sorry Mrs Lim ... from your class still get such lousy marks... my MCQ is the section that pulled me up to B4... if not i could have gotten a C5/6...
The same applies to my geog too... i expected it to be an A1... cause i could answer almost all the qns... but i misinterpreted ANOTHER qn... den out of 4 qns (each total 25 mks)... i could get 23, 24, 8.5, 11.5 <-- the last result is predictable as it is a Human Geog qn and i m always weaker in human geog. Haiz... only 2 As in this prelim... the other is Emaths but its an ez paper lorr...i din even get a B3 for my combined humanities. I m praying really hard for a moderation... and my english result very disappointing lorr... i could have gotten a B4... but got a C5 now... just because i 4got to write the qn no. for my compo and 3 marks was deducted... but can blame no one but myself... haha but abit proud of myself... could have got an 18 for my compo written in 15 mins (coz i spend too much time in the guided section). i din even plan lorr... din check also...
Not comfirmed if the talk by Miss Tan is held on Mon... i hope there's no more suan-ing and scolding and i m so sick of these... every teacher seemed to be scolding my class every time they come in.. O.o Is there some curse? Pls let there be moderation!!
The teachers have printed more and more PRELIM papers for us to try... it's a good thing larr... but pls do not give us onli a little time to do it... u may think only 2h is required for the paper you gave us, but try mutiplying it by 8... then how would we have time to study??
Wow... so chang qi today...must go n study liao... i tink i will only blog after the 'O's... till then...

Is it dat obvious dat i m tired? Not just tried physically but also mentally...
So many things happened lately... The most obvious event has to be the mock-prelims. Everyone is 'swallowing' their books... But i just can't concentrate in front of the huge pile of MONSTERS. Monsters? In piles? Arrr...
Many people dat i noe are feeling down lately. Cheer up! Although i may not always noe the reasons behind the mood changes, but i noe that uu will feel better if u 'kan de kai'. Ppl who always told me these, remember ur words!

My brother is an idiot! Before he go for camp, he ask me to help him set up a blog... Den when he came back, he sae it's too ma fan den he dun want liao!! Spend 3 days looking for da suitable layout... den edited summore.
